Giving - works the best when a person can use the gift for a lifetime. Therefore, not all acts of giving create the same opportunity, but one way to ensure utility is through the scale of the impact on one life.Every child is a giver and influencer in the community, and their targeted direction is forcing the environment. Therefore, all of us have a tremendous power to dominate our environment and we hold the ability to create something (whatever that is). In the beginning, every kid starts as a wind-child; they take the direction of the wind, but when they figure out what to stand for, they can be solid as a mountain.Part of the coach's job is to provide a guide for players on how to lead their environment to serve the team/society. Learning skills to build strategies to create a joyful atmosphere for everyone on the pitch is also helpful for a lifetime outside the soccer community. The central ideal is to unite and power the influencers (children) by guiding them on how to create a roadmap to lead the future in their desired direction.

Kindness and love do not cost money, yet many people struggle to give. First, I thought it was funny because I'm part of them. Then, I realized that it is a serious problem and I must work on it. When people come together to give to others, it is not something we should look at as regular or average. We all know that alone we can do so much, but when it comes to achieving something more significant, we need to find people with good intentions and trust them to guide us through the obstacles.Once a group of people comes together to give, they look to make something to stand out to feel the impact of their actions. Every person is crucial in the organization and must be expressed in one way to show respect and appreciation for their support. People are generous and open their hearts for something worthwhile, but they need gratitude to keep the soul open.

One word or one sentence can change the life of one and completely change the environment around them
To understand my message, we need to recognize that everything is connected and with our current knowledge, it is impossible to see the full effects of our actions. It is the same as how we can never predict the outcome of these training camps.Even though the future is unpredictable, companies supported the training camp idea and effectively connected children with the program. We had impacted approximately one hundred kids from professional clubs to the novice and even those with no soccer experience.At the moment, we don't know how far it can help the child but there is nothing wrong with not knowing what will happen. The key is to do the right things with the best of the present knowledge. Therefore, we focused on controlling the controllable and following ethics to keep acting on the right pathway.

After reflecting on my life, it was clear to see that expressing gratitude is not my strength. It is painful to admit our weaknesses but we must explore our blind sides to start the development process. When I look back at my past, I always lived in a fast-paced environment full of action around me and multitasking on five different subjects. I can not say it is wrong or right because, on the one hand, it is truly making you better, but on the other hand, it makes it difficult to catch a moment for appreciation.For this reason, throughout my life, I missed many opportunities to thank my friends. That made me realize; there is a significant difference between saying and signaling thanks. So if you did not get my signals, this is my way to say thank you for advancing your trust and all the hard work you invested in me.

United State Soccer Federation Coaching Methodology in the Hungarian Community
The overall objective of the coaches is to guide and meet the demands of a competitive environment. The coach must balance the six tasks to build/retain an effective team. The Hungarian training is not involved in the competitive games, but plenty of tasks are left to create a development environment for the kids and myself.

I believe the USA Soccer Coaching Methodology is more than just serving the people inside the country. On USA soil, I train so many nationalities who are not a citizen. Therefore, Inside or outside the country, the USSF coaches will impact the world with their approach. That's why coaches personal development is a super important part of the journey.
I believe in bold ideas, but they also must be grounded in reality. One of them is serving and nurturing soccer worldwide by using soccer to teach leadership and problem-solving. It's my dream investment to educate as many children as possible and let them influence and lead countless people in the future.
